At 38/18 Watts, the British Dream is perfectly powered for the stage, studio or rehearshals. The British Dream Boasts an EF86 preamp pentode tube in '59 AC channel along with a three-position Brilliance switch. In the OFF position, the sound produced is wide and full of depth, especially in the low frequency range. Position 1 eases back on the low frequencies and allows the euphonious mid range to bloom. Position 2 takes you right into Beatles or U2 territory with top-end chime for days.

 

Channel two is 12AX7-based, and produces superb guitar tones analogous to the sonic character and feel of a '68 plexi complete with its signature edge and slice that delivers the attitude of a stack without peeling the paint off of the walls.
