I'm a VK customer (mostly deal with Jeff Ehrenberg) and recently had reason to require a bit of customer service. In the interest of brevity, I just wanted to let you know that Amanda (I don't even know her last name) was nothing less than terrific in dealing with my issues.

She was totally 'on top' of the whole thing, even though it also involved an SSL rep from the U.K. etc. She never just 'dropped it' once I was in SSL-land, and was friendly, knowledgeable, and was easily the single best Customer Service experience I've ever had.

She's a keeper, and thought you should know.
