Here's the first look at the all-new Slate Pro Audio Raven. This innovative machine combines a state of the art multi-touch monitor, powerful DAW control software, and a full featured analog monitor section with tons of features geared towards the modern audio engineer.     It looks awesome! Why does that slate dude sound like he's pitching apple products though? Lighten up. Does one get the virtual console plug included, would be pretty funny if not : )

    I kinda thought this was a joke at first.

    I think a giant touchscreen is a poor substitute for genuine tactile controls. Rolls Royce or not. Just an opinion.

    As a quickkey/shortcut lover in PT, until I'm sold on efficient and rapid multi-touch gestures to navigate complex editing processes, I can't imagine trying to edit on this.

    I want a full size analog board that controls the DAW. I love real switches and real sliders...

    Do like the use for plugins and project stuff.
